Sukanya is a doctoral student in Environmental and Conservation Sciences (ECS). She joined NDSU and NRG in Fall 2024. Sukanya was born and brought up in one of the north-eastern states of India called Assam. Her hobbies include reading, listening to music, dancing (Bharatanatyam) and painting. I am interested to work in the field of soil bioremediation. I believe my previous experiences have broadened my perspective towards adopting a resilient and eco-friendly research approach by understanding the grass root level problems of our environment.
